At high school in 10th grade, and the armed forces were there, and talked to a couple of them, and talking with a navy person in charge, and wanted to get tested, so I would have a better idea of what kind of capabilities I might have, so he scheduled me in for the next available test date, got my step-mother to take me downtown in Akron, Ohio on a Saturday, and she dropped me off, while her and all my siblings went off, went inside and then to another large room where there was about maybe 20 older individuals also to be tested, so the head tester gave out instructions, and he had a stop watch, and initiated the start of phase 1, and the race was on, I felt really good that day, each stage of test questions very strange stuff, so got done and then everyone left, except me and the tester, and I was waiting in the front office area, and after a while that head tester came out, and was like two feet from my face, and said you could be a nuclear engineer, you only need to bring your reading level up from 5th to 7th, and I replied, are you sure that's not 7th to 9th, and he just stared at my face, and his head cocked to his right, and I could see from my peripheral vision on my left, that my step-mother has arrived, and headed to the door, and I said, that would be a dream, and out the door I went.....
